Digital Speed Limiter is a device whose primary function is to control the Fuel feed to the engine, in order to limit the vehicle speed to a preset value. In Kenya, speed limiters are a mandatory requirement for all Commercial Vehicles (with tare weight exceeding 3 tons) and Passenger Service Vehicles (P.S.Vs).
